No man's caricature. My first encounter with Wacom ever. If 2 hours is little enough, you can call it a quick paint

Photoshop 7 CS, wacom Graphire3 Classic, no reference. This is the original size.

I like the style... the twisted features and the hair curl remind me of some dreamland/wonderland... Cool picture.

Only citique: The features are a bit blurry, and i'm missing a background. I can easily imagine the man as a sort of King. However, 3 for me, but i really like the style and would like to see more of it

Brush, smudge and liquify. Am I right ? Althought it's speedpainting you have managed your time to add several interresting details. Good!

Brush, smudge, burn, sponge, brush again, dodge, brush... to be honest I'd tried almost everything - to find what fits me best - except for liquify or other filters. None of them was used here and I also don't intend to use them... It would be like cheating, wouldn't it?

Not bad at all for first time with a Wacom. I think its a good point to stick to how you would paint it on a real canvas then to rely on all those filters. That way you can get comfortable with the digital medium quicker. Then later on you start adding filters.
